Order process
Why should I book the tickets in advance?

Prague is a very popular destination for travelers from all around the world. In 2017 there were over 10 million international visitors to the Czech Republic, 90% of whom visited Prague. Nearly half of all tourists arrive to Prague during summer months (from June till September) Since most of the attractions have limited capacity, we recommend making an advance booking to make sure you won’t be disappointed that the tickets were sold out.

How to order a voucher on your website?

Making an online purchase on our website is very easy and convenient. You just have to choose your desire attraction, select number of participating people and the date which is most suitable for you. Our system will automatically check availability for requesting date and will immediately display the total price. When you complete your shopping basket you can proceed to the credit card payment. Then you will have to fill out your contact details and confirm the order. In case of any issues please do not hesitate and contact our customer service helpline.

How do I receive my vouchers?

As soon as we will receive your payment we proceed with the booking with individual activity providers and vendors. When the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with all necessary instructions usually accompanied by a voucher. Everything works automatically and via an email. At the entrances in most cases you will only be asked to show the code which you have received on the display of your phone device. In few cases you might be still requested to show a printed voucher. If you are already in the Czech Republic please ask your hotel staff or concierge to print this out for you.

I haven’t received the vouchers yet. What shall I do?

Majority of the bookings are confirmed automatically in couple of hours after the payment is received. Some vendors however require manual confirmation, which we normally receive within 24 hours from the order. Should you have not received the voucher for more than 3 days, please contact our customer service team to check the booking personally.

Is the credit card payment safe? How do you deal with my credit card details?

Credit card is the most convenient and fastest way how to make an online purchase. You don’t have to be afraid to use the card for your purchase as we cooperate with of one of the biggest and most reputable bank in the Czech Republic, the CSOB, member of the KBC Group. All the details of your card are being typed directly to the bank’s sites and we do only receive a confirmation of the transaction authorization. We are not able to see the details of your card.

Can I get a discount if I order more attractions? or make a booking for a larger group?

Our aim is to offer you the best services and personally checked attractions. We always negotiate with the attractions providers and vendors to offer you the best prices and conditions. Therefore, we do not offer discounts even if your order more attractions at once. Once we receive any promotion from our partners, we are always happy to pass it to you. Should you want to be informed about special offers, please do not hesitate to sign up to our newsletter by form displayed at the bottom of each page.

Can I get a discount if I make a booking for a larger group?

Should you have a group of minimum 15 people, please contact our sales team by email business@explore-czechia.com for assistance.

I work for a tour operator or travel agency. Can I get a discount?

Our website and business model are based on selling tickets to consumers, so we always offer the best price. Therefore, we don’t provide discounts or commissions to travel industry professionals. Changes / cancellation of the booking
Is it possible to make changes in my order?

Most of the attraction providers and vendors allow booking changes or even a complete cancellation of the reservation, usually up to 2-3 days prior to your booked date. If you need to make changes, please do not hesitate to contact customer service team. Please let us know your name and booking reference number for an easy handling of your request.

Can I cancel my order and get a full refund?

The cancellation policy always depends on the attraction provider or vendor. Most of our partners allow complete cancellation of the reservation, usually up to 2-3 days prior to your booked date. We recommend to check the individual cancellation policy of each attraction prior the booking. If you wish to cancel your booking for any case, please do not hesitate to contact customer service team. Please let us know your name and booking reference number for an easy handling of your request.

How is the refund processed?

Once the refund is approved by our team, we send a request for the refund to our bank. The refund is done on the same credit card from which you made the payment. If you experience a delay in receiving the refunded funds, please let us know, we will follow up with the bank.
