Most of the details on the vouchers are being printed automatically. It is an official document which is used to redeem required attraction. We are personally checking those before sending it to you. In case, that there is an error on your voucher please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify this immediately.
We offer only attractions, which we carefully selected and personally checked. Our company is cooperating only with reliable partners and that is why we are hoping that you will be fully satisfied with your experience. In case you faced any issue while redeeming your voucher or with the particular attraction or service, please do not hesitate and call our customer service team so we can solve the issue as soon as possible. If you won’t be able to contact us at that moment, you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss your concern with the provider of particular attraction. We will let know on the outcome of the situation as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not able to control the weather yet and therefore we cannot guarantee the weather conditions when you are redeeming your voucher. Bad weather and low visibility are not the reasons for returning entrance fees or for any other compensation.
